Fifty-Two Love Notes: Week Three
Week three of my fifty-two weeks of love notes for my guys.
The picture of Galen is from our brunch on Sunday. That old cliché about food being the way to a man’s heart? True story. At least, with Galen it is. And with him, you get bonus points if it’s soul food. He’s the only reason I put effort into making meal plans and dinner every night. If not for my home cooked meal-loving husband, I’d still be happily eating take out or cereal most nights.
Zavier’s photo is from our afternoon at the park on Monday. Galen, who was off work for the MLK holiday, came with us and was able to capture this moment of me pushing Zavier on the swing. It’s nice because this photo will always be for me a reminder of how much fun Zavier had at the park as a baby, and how much fun I had there with him. Seeing the joy and wonder on his face when we’re at the playground is just such a gift, and I am so thankful for it.

Thank you. ♥
Awww too cute! Love Galen’s comment too
Lol. Thanks, Addy!
Yeah, he should comment more often. :)
Lol! True! He reads it, but rarely comments.
Hi, I’m new to your blog and I absolutely love it already. I’ve skimmed through some of your previous post and was just blessed by some of them. I really like this one too. It’s such a great idea. I like that you write a love note to your husband too. So many women only focus on their child after the baby is born and neglect their husband. I definitely do not want to do that and I know that takes effort as I’m sure it’s easy to get lost in one’s baby. Anyway, I really appreciate reading your blog. Looking forward to reading more in the future :)
Well, this is so sweet. Thank you so much!
And yeah, I’m actively trying not to forget about Galen, lol!
